Considering today was Christmas Eve I decided to attempt the impossible for the first time and build a gingerbread house!
I bought this supercool gingerbread house from Tiger which if you’re not aware is a Danish shop which sells super cool gadgets and stuff, unfortunately, it came without icing so I had to make my own out of egg white and icing sugar and more annoyingly one of the pieces was broke. But it was nothing a little icing couldn’t fix!
Time to get building!
I piped icing all over the roof and edges before scattering sugar sprinkles on the roof and decorating the edges with marshmallows!
Although it was incredibly messy and a lot more difficult than expected I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I hope you all have an amazing Christmas tomorrow and a happy new year!
Thank you for reading! xxx
Looks pretty good to me, Alice. Especially the marshmallows!
Best wishes, Pete.
